Yes, we are members of the BIHA.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we do have public liability insurance
Is delivery included in the hire price?
Delivery is included in the hire price as long as you live within a 10 mile radius. A small fee will be added to any delivery outside the 10 mile radius.
How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
It takes around 20 – 25 minutes to set up an inflatable.
What type of surface is required for the inflatable?
Inflatable’s that are being set up outside need to have a flat grassy area so that the unit can be safely and securely staked to the ground. Inflatable’s being used indoors are secured using sandbags.
Do I need to supply anything?
All I require from the customer is a standard 3 pinned socket within 50 metres from where the inflatable is going to be. We also require that this area, and access to this area, be cleared prior to our arrival.
Can the inflatable units be hired overnight?
Yes they can be hired overnight for an additional fee which will be agreed when you make your booking.
How much will it cost to run an inflatable for a whole day?
It will cost as little as one pound per day.
Will the inflatable need to be supervised?
Yes, Alpha Bouncy Castle Hire Leeds hires out the inflatable’s on the understanding that they are supervised at ALL times whilst they are in use by a responsible adult. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Will I receive a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Hire?
You will receive a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Hire along with the confirmation of your booking in the post prior to the event. You will also be asked to sign a copy on the day of your hire.
What happens if it rains on the day of hire?
Alpha Bouncy Castle Hire Leeds offers a FREE cancellation policy for cancellations due to the rain. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.
How do we pay?
Payment must be made in cash on delivery of the inflatable.
